How far ahead do I need to book a Photo Party Booth or a FlipBook Studio before my special event date? Please reserve the Photo Party Booth or FlipBook Studio as soon as possible since spaces fill out fast. What are the setup requirements? The photo booth requires a 6' x 6', the FlipBook Studio requires a 10' x 10' area and a 110v power outlet. Can you set up outdoors? Yes, but only if a tent is provided. Is the setup time part of the rental period? No. The rental period begins at the start time you indicated on the contract. How long does it take to set up? We arrive 1 - 1.5 hours before your event. Set up takes around 15-30 minutes. How many photos or flipbooks do we get? As many smiles as you can crank out! In other words, an unlimited amount of pictures and flipbooks can be taken. How long does each photo take to process? Each print cycle takes 20 seconds. The whole process, including posing in the booth and printing pictures, takes about one minute. Do I have to supply the scrapbook for the photo strips? No. We supply everything: scrapbook, pens, markers. |
Can I use my own Scrapbook and markers instead of yours? Sure you can. It is your event. What do the photos look like? During each session, your guests will receive two 2"X8" photo strips, with four photos on each. Guests have the option of taking the photos in color, sepia, and black and white. All photos are digitally processed and printed with a dye sublimation photo printer for unsurpassed quality. Can the pictures be customized? Absolutely. Commemorate your event with a special phrase or simply the date. Whatever you choose, it will show up on each photo strip. Is a deposit required? A 50% deposit is required to hold the date of your event. The downpayment is non-refundable, but it is transferable with Photo Party Booths having full discretion of acceptance of new date dependent on photo booth availability and execution of a new contract. Is there a minimum rental period? Yes. The minimum rental period is 2 hours at $745.00. What region do you provide service to? We service all of Ontario (travel fees may apply). |
